What is the Annual Service List?

Our Annual Service List guarantees that we can accommodate your RV in our schedule each year. Annual service customers receive priority scheduling and service reminders to ensure your RV receives the maintenance it needs at the right time. To join the Annual Service List, you can sign up here.

How far in advance should I schedule service?

We recommend scheduling routine maintenance at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (spring and fall). For winterization services, it's best to schedule 3-4 weeks before the first expected freeze in your area. Annual Service List members receive priority scheduling.

When should I winterize my RV?

In East Tennessee, we recommend winterizing your RV before temperatures consistently drop below 32°F (0°C), typically in late October or early November. It's better to winterize too early than too late, as even one freeze can cause significant damage to your RV's water system.

How often should I service my RV roof?

We recommend inspecting and servicing your RV roof at least once per year. Regular maintenance helps prevent leaks and extends the life of your roof. If your RV is stored outdoors or in areas with extreme weather conditions, more frequent inspections may be necessary.

How can I maintain my RV between professional services?

Regular DIY maintenance can help keep your RV in good condition between professional services:

  • Regularly check and clean your roof, being careful not to damage the sealants
  • Inspect seals and seams for cracks or damage
  • Check tire pressure monthly
  • Run your generator under load for at least 2 hours every month
  • Keep batteries charged and check water levels in non-sealed batteries
  • Clean air conditioner filters regularly

What's the most common preventable RV issue you see?

The most common preventable issues we see are water damage from roof leaks and freeze damage to water systems. Both can be extremely costly to repair but are easily preventable with regular maintenance and proper winterization. This is why we focus so heavily on preventive maintenance services.
